Before any design or development work began, we did something the previous setup had skipped: we listened. We established direct communication channels with AgyleOS’s support and sales teams. Questions from website visitors and prospects were sitting in one corner of the business while the people who could act on them had no access. Valuable data was going nowhere.

That misalignment was the root cause of almost everything we found. We fixed coordination before we fixed anything else. From there, we used Microsoft Clarity to map real user behavior. Where people dropped off. What confused them. What they were looking for and not finding. Every decision that followed was grounded in that data, not assumptions.
