MN Studio began as a local business with an Instagram presence and a clear ambition: to grow beyond it.
It started with a website redesign request. But as we got deeper into the business, the scope kept expanding, because the opportunity kept revealing itself. What began as a single project became a four-year partnership spanning strategy, design, development, content, and marketing.

Data-Driven UX Optimization.
Every design decision across four years was grounded in data. We monitored user behavior continuously through Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.
We built a sticky add-to-cart bar for mobile, redesigned the checkout flow, and restructured content architecture to align with how users actually search and think. Each change was a response to evidence, not assumption.

Design on a project like this isn’t a one-time deliverable. It’s a continuous practice. From the start, we built a comprehensive style guide that defined the visual language of the platform.
